Omega Booking Procedure

Thank you very much for your interest in our products. To help us serve you quickly and efficiently, we recommend you follow these ten simple steps:

1. Mention your full name, e-mail address, telephone & fax number and delivery address (state office or home).
2. Mention the products you are interested in, stating the Item Code and the number of units you require. Mention other details (if any).
3. Mention the mode of delivery preferred, either by Air or by Sea.
4. E-mail all these information to us at omegaenquiry@hotmail.com made available in all our web pages just beneath our company name “OMEGA ENTERPRISE”.
5. We will rush you the answers through e-mail. These will include cost of the products, mode of delivery, insurance and payment procedure.
6. Upon agreement, you need to confirm your booking by placing a 20% deposit of the total cost with the balance of 80% to be paid 7 working days prior to delivery.
7. We will advise you to send payment (in US Dollars) via telegraphic transfer (TT) to our bank account. Please note that Malaysian Government is currently controlling the flow of the Ringgits (Malaysian Dollars) out the country. As such, all payment will have to be transacted in US Dollars or other accepted currencies.
8. Once done, you need to fax your bank-in slip to us at 6082-257962.
9. We will reconfirm your bookings by faxing our official receipt as proof of your payment.
10. Omega Enterprise will assert extra care and precaution throughout the entire packing, handling and delivery process. However, it also seeks the assistance of transportation, insurance and other associated companies to comprehend its services. As such, we shall not be made liable for any defect, damage and/loss caused to the good(s) at the receiving destination.
